Cookery demo at Evolv Health & Wellbeing

There’s something special about coming together over food as demonstrated by two local business—Warren Gillen of newly opened Gillens Cafe (Castle Street), put on cookery demo at Evolv Health & Wellbeing Store with a helping hand from Matt Ronan (to give guests a taste)

Warren prepared a flavor packed colorful Tuscany soup and traditional soda bread – perfect for those chilly autumn evenings if your looking for some delicious comfort food. As warren said traditional Irish soda bread can be overlooked and he is on a one man mission to bring it back to popularity.

The Tuscany soup and traditional soda bread was a major success with Evolve Health & Wellbeing shoppers. Keep an eye out for future collaborations between these two as it sure to happen again soon.
