Stafford’s Butchers

Popular Stafford’s Butcher have been trading in Enniscorthy for over 50 years. As you can imagine having clocked up an impressive five decades as a family butcher, there isn’t much the Staffords don’t know about the trade, whether it be ‘boning’ meat, making sausages or serving up a bit of cooking advice.

Established by Brendan Stafford in 1971 having returned from Moore Street in Dublin, the business has passed down to Killian, all while maintaining the same high standards of quality, producing much of their own meat demonstrating the best in production, and sustainability for customers and the next generation.
The most rewarding part of the job is interacting daily with scores of friendly customers from far and wide. Killian and the team have gotten to know them well over the years thanks to the great community feel in Enniscorthy (they’ll always share a great yarn or two.) A tried and tested formula that has proven ever-popular with customers.
This is a well-managed and trusted source of fine quality meat in Enniscorthy.
