Local husband & wife duo Justin & Kate Campbell embark on a new adventure (Dusty Boy) in Abbey Square, together with another familiar Enniscorthy face (via South Africa) Jason Van Rensburg….the concept lifestyle store coffee/sandwich bar, will inspire you to come have a coffee, eat a toastie, inhale a sweet treat, meet your friends and share in the magic.
There has been an incredible amount of work that’s gone into creating the gorgeous store that now stands and although this is their first store together, Justin and Kate run an award winning paper brand (also called Dusty Boy) that offers beautiful prints and wall art. They have a great love of the outdoors and so most of their free time is spent slopping around in wellies, walking through fields and following the river with the dogs. If they’re not doing that, you’ll find them hanging out, drinking coffee by the veggie patch!
The café also boasts a handy people-watching upper floor space, making Dusty Boy an ideal spot to relax in the midst of busy day to day life. So if you’re town, this is definitely a spot to visit, whether you’re looking for some coffee and sweet treats, or a browse of their fantastic finds.
